RANCHER'S DAUGHTER'S RESERVE
Each week we cut a side of beef (never frozen) fresh to order after it has been dry-aged for 28-30 days. All of our locally grown Kaua'i Island beef is from my father's cattle. He is a 5th generation Rancher from Kaua'i. He raises his cattle start to finish organically on the Islands tropical grasses. We harvest all our own beef at our family run facility in Kalaheo. The oldest, longest family run USDA Inspected abattoir on Kaua'i. Reserve your beef here, or meet the Rancher's Daughter at our local Farmer's Markets for pick up.
